Experience Dance and Fitness - Paying by Credit or Debit Card / Cash & Cheque

We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to pay for your classes online. This means that your place at your chosen class is secure once payment is received into our account (usually a maximum of three days). If you pay online through the website you will receive a receipt from Paypal on completion of the transaction. There is a 1.5% handling charge that is automatically added when you pay online, and you will see the actual amount you are paying before you make your final submission.This will shortly be changing to 3%, which although a higher amount, still does not represent the true cost to the business. We cannot accept payments for special events via credit card, only evening classes and wedding dances.

When you make your online payment, the heading will be Experience Dance and Fitness with DancePartners. This is nothing to worry about, as your payment s immediately directed to the account of Experience Dance and Fitness.

It is important that you also complete a registration form and a screening form. and send /attach with your payment. Thank you.

To pay for special events and to avoid all extra charges on any class, please pay directly into our bank account via your own bank account. Our account details are 43563276 (Acct No) and 09 06 66 (Sort Code). Please then send an email to info@danceandfitness.co.uk to confirm you have done this, as it often takes several days to reach our account, and also include details of the classes you are paying for, the number of people etc, etc.

Please read : Discounts as shown on our website fees page / current newsleter are given for paying for classes by blocks of 6 or more weeks are only offered for consecutive weeks. If in doubt, please ring the office before making your payment. If you miss a class you can attend any other similar class during your paid-for period. Missed classes cannot be carried over to another term, and no refunds are payable.

SPECIAL OFFER: Don't forget to claim your extra £2 p.p. discount for paying by 24th Dec. Please add this information under the fee description, along with details of the classes you will be attending.

As with all online purchases, if you change your mind, you have the right to cancel within seven days of making your payment, as long as you have not already taken part in a class. Under these circumstances, and these only, you will receive a full refund. Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management. If you have any queries at all, please contact us using our feedback form (quickest), or post is accepted also.
