Experience Dance and Fitness - Adult Dance Classes - Biddenham & Bromham (Bedford)

Ballroom & Latin Dancing - Sundays starting 8th May (no class end of April or first wk in May)

6.00-7.30pm          Beginners' Class:       Waltz and Samba

7.30- 9.00pm         Improvers' & Intermediates' Class:   

A wide range of new figures in all the ballroom and latin dances , including Foxtrot, Cha Cha Cha, Ballroom Tango and Samba

The Beginners’ class is for those with no experience of dancing ballroom or latin american dancing, or for those who want to practice and improve on the very basic steps.

The Improvers & Intermediates Class is for those who who feel confident in the basic steps and have some concept of technique. There will be a 30 minute section on technique each week,  &  enhancements  of the basic figures. New figures will be introduced in the dances being taught. Improvers are welcome to attend Beginners’ classes to refresh their skills, in preparation for medals or just for practice. This class is not recommended for beginners.

All classes include a 15 mins practice.
