Cancellation Policy
Once a time and place has been agreed for lessons, you are deemed to have entered into a contract with Experience Dance and Fitness and will therefore be charged the following cancellation charges if insufficient notice of cancellation is given:
Notice period:
Less than 1 day (24 hrs): 100% of the cost of the lesson
1-2 days (24-48 hrs) : 70% of the cost of the lesson
3-5 days: 50% of the cost of the lesson
These charges are at the discretion of EDF, and in reality cancellations are very rare indeed. If we do not incur charges and you reschedule your class, we are usually able to reduce or dismiss the cancellation fee altogether. We will always do our best to help you, but you will appreciate that if you cancel at the last minute we are unlikely to be able to fill your space and we still may incur hall charges, which we have to pass on to you.
